Liz is a native Colorado gal. She has been involved in sports since she was a young girl. She went on to be a starter keeper for Campbell University and later transferred to Limestone College on a full-ride soccer scholarship. During her college years, she played semi-pro for the Fort Collins Force. After graduating with a bachelor's in Psychology and a Coaching minor, Liz was an assistant college soccer coach and volunteer Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Limestone for a couple of years.

Once she found her true love for fitness, she wanted to study more, so she went on to a Personal Training and Nutrition school in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has been training all sorts of clientele since 2009 — weight loss, strength and conditioning, overall health, etc.

Liz is certified through ISSA, NPTI, TRX, and SPIN. Her hobbies include working out, running, golfing, and being with family as much as possible. Liz has placed second in the NPC Figure competition, run six marathons and 12 half marathons, and was awarded the All-American for strength and conditioning in 2007.

Liz is married to Aaron, and has a daughter Devyn and son Ryker.

Colorado born and raised, Brad has a passion for fitness and nutrition. His journey started when he found himself overweight and unhealthy. Ten years later his drive to help others achieve their goals and overcome their weaknesses has given him much fulfillment. Brad has been a certified personal trainer for the past four years. He would love to help you along your path to a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Sherri has had a lifelong passion for health and wellness, and is dedicated to helping people achieve optimal quality of life. She loves working with all ages and all fitness levels; she has clients from teens to seniors.   

Specializing in Cancer Rehab
While earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Northern Colorado, she focused on studies in cancer rehab. She completed her internship as a personal trainer at Rocky Mountain Cancer Rehabilitation Institute. Since graduating from UNC, she has pursued education in health and wellness for seniors. 

Sherri has a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado, is a Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES), is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and holds ACE Senior Specialty and Silver Sneakers certifications.

Growing up, Hunter spent his weekends playing hockey and joining all of the sport teams he could in school, while trying to explore anywhere he could, finding himself outdoors more and more often. Once Hunter realized that fitness is so much more than looks, he started to focus on it and grew more than ever, finding his passion, determination, and a purpose. As a personal trainer, Hunter wants to share these with you to show you what your body is capable of. Whether you want to improve your sport performance, reduce health risks, or to look and feel better, Hunter can help you achieve your goals. 

Hunter is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and certified in CPR & A/AED.

Eric is a Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Medicine from Colorado State University and a master's in Physical Education from the University of Northern Colorado.

Eric has been in the fitness industry since 1981 and has been training in a variety of settings ever since. He has worked with a wide range of abilities from beginners to bodybuilding/figure competitors. Eric's complete training program includes pointers on how to eat healthy and exercise right.

The weight room was always intimidating to Stephanie until one day she decided to hire a personal trainer. She got into the best shape of her life, and strength training became her passion. She decided she wanted to help others reach their fitness goals and feel the benefits of strength training.

Stephanie is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. She looks forward to helping you feel better and look better by developing a customized fitness plan based on your goals.
